I’m Wahla Smalls !
I am a Liberian Jersey Girl, born and raised in New Jersey, with a journey that’s taken me from the East Coast, Midwest to the West Coast. After attending college in Wisconsin, I moved to Chicago, where I built my career in social media, content creation, and digital storytelling. Now based in Los Angeles, I continue to evolve as a creative strategist, working in social media and production with ACE Creatives Agency, where I manage and execute digital campaigns for brands like Champion, Hanes, Bali, and Maidenform.
My creative journey started in 2010 with the launch of my first blog,

Over the years, I’ve worked as a photographer, videographer, social media strategist, and creative entrepreneur—turning my skills into a business and making an impact in the digital space. My work has led to 300K+ viral outreach engagements, 2K+ community interactions, and over 300 social media posts written and scheduled for globally recognized brands.
